CLUB EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING (EGM)

MONDAY 26TH OCTOBER AT 6:30 PM

The club's constitution has not been amended or reviewed for 10 years.

The committee believes that certain parts of it are outdated, and have decided to review it.

We would like to pass an updated constitution at the AGM, should the membership approive the proposed amendments.

To allow time for edits, etc, we would therefore like to call an EGM on Monday 26th October at 6:30pm, where we can discuss proposed changes for approval.
